INSTALLATION OR USE OF KRISTINA EDIT INDICATES YOUR ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE.

You are granted a non-exclusive, and non-transferable, right to use Kristina Edit and associated files, graphics, and documentation.

2. RESTRICTIONS.

Redistribution of files included with Kristina Edit is at the sole discretion of the original author(s).

3. OWNERSHIP.

This Software (Kristina Edit) is licensed and not sold.

All Software, modules, and support files, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this Agreement.

The original author(s) shall at all times retain all rights, title, interest, including intellectual property rights, in the Software.

4. SOURCE CODE. 

Source code will made available to legally registered users of Liberty BASIC v4+ at no charge.

Copyright restrictions cover the source code where applicable.
